The Tufts Medical Center Fund is one of the primary resources for the entire medical center community. Unrestricted philanthropic funds support the programs, initiatives and infrastructures that allow us to work wonders every day. In recent years, unrestricted contributions have supported the purchase of highly sophisticated technology; funded nursing education; trained the medical leaders of the future, and helped underwrite innovative programs such as our multi-disciplinary Family Center for Genetic Medicine. A strong supply of unrestricted revenue is critical to our ability to offer a type of care that’s different – one that sets apart Tufts Medical Center: combining cutting-edge medicine with deep compassion for the person and family behind the diagnosis.
