INFECTIOUS DISEASE
The Infectious Disease Division of Tufts Medical Center offers four specialty outpatient clinics that provide expert medical advice and high-quality patient care. These are: Traveler's Health Service, Infectious Disease Clinic, HIV Clinic at Tufts Medical Center, HPV Anal Dysplasia Clinic, and Center for Wound Healing.

TRAVELER'S HEALTH SERVICE
Monday from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, Thursdays from 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm
Additional appointments may be available upon request.
Please print this health and vaccine history form, fill out completely, and bring to your appointment. Ideally see us at least 4 weeks before your departure to have adequate time for vaccines to take effect.

The Outpatient Infectious Disease Clinic offers diagnosis, treatment and long-term management of infectious diseases such as osteomyelitis, endocarditis, tuberculosis, Lyme, sexually transmitted diseases and fevers of unknown origin.

We provide primary care and consults for patients with HIV infection in a friendly, highly supportive and confidential environment, with access to cutting-edge treatments.

HPV ANAL DYSPLASIA CLINIC
Our clinic provides diagnosis and specific counseling on human papilloma virus (HPV) infection of the anorectum of HIV positive and negative individuals. We also evaluate patients with abnormal anal cytology (pap) smears and offer high resolution anoscopy with outpatient biopsy of the anorectal mucosa as well as electrocauterization of high grade (precancerous) anorectal lesions.

All non-covered traveler services will be the responsibility of the patient.

Most insurance plans require your primary care provider to submit a referral in order for your visit to be covered by insurance.
