Urogynecology

The Division of Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstrutive Surgery offers comprehensive evluation and treatment of a wide variety of problems relating to the femail bladder and plevic organs, particularly focusing on the following:
Dr. Tanaz Ferzandi has joined the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in a full term capacity to provide care in this field. She is a fellowship-trained Urogynecologist who specializes in minimally invasive approaches to treatement, as well as the traditional abdominal and vaginal surgeries. Patients referred to the service will be returned to their referring physicians with the results of the evaluation and recommendations for treatment.
A wide variety of treatment options are available, from conservative management to surgical treatment.
