Hypothalamic and Pituitary Disease Center
We offer diagnostic and therapeutic services for patients with disorders of the hypothalamus, parasellar area, anterior pituitary or posterior pituitary. Comprehensive evaluation including provocative tests of hormonal reserve, visual fields, radiologic imaging and petrosal sinus sampling are provided in the outpatient setting.
However, if required, more intensive evaluation is performed on an inpatient basis in the General Clinical Research Center. Care is closely coordinated with other members of the subspecialty staff from Neurosurgery, Neuro-ophthalmology, Radiation Oncology and Psychiatry.
