Spine Clinic

Dr. Joseph Hanak is the Director and Dr. Alice Truong is the Co-Director of the Spine Clinic through the Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.  We offer comprehensive assessment and treatment of patients with acute, sub-acute and chronic back pain and “failed back surgery.” The goal is to provide a comprehensive treatment program and/or control pain, improve function, quality of life and return the patient to gainful employment.

 

Our physiatrists, (physical medicine & rehabilitation physicians), develop a multidisciplinary treatment rehabilitation program utilizing local resources when possible and work in conjunction with the primary care physician and other care providers to optimize the patient’s function and improve quality of life. Specialties include non-operative and restorative care of the spine.
