Created in 2008, Tufts Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI) spans all the schools of Tufts University, its affiliated hospitals across Massachusetts and in Maine, several other universities, community organizations, and the biomedical and pharmaceutical industry. We are the nucleus for actively connecting, supporting, and educating Tufts-affiliated researchers conducting clinical and translational science. |

We are forged from a rich history of multidisciplinary, innovative research, a longstanding dedication to community engagement, acclaimed training and education programs including the Clinical and Translational Science Graduate Program within the Sackler School of Biomedical Sciences, and revolutionary research in the fields of comparative effectiveness, genetics and genomics, and predictive medicine. The Tufts Clinical and Translational Research Center (CTRC) serves as a core institutional resource for investigators to conduct a wide range of innovative, state-of-the-art clinical studies.
