The Tufts Medical Center Fund is an important resource to the Medical Center community. Unrestricted funds support areas and efforts throughout Tufts Medical Center.

In recent years, unrestricted contributions have helped us to lead the way in performing the greatest number of heart transplants in Boston; supported the purchase of highly advanced technology like the Elektra AXESSE which allows us to treat even the most challenging tumors; nursing education; and far reaching programs like our multi-disciplinary Family Center for Genetic Medicine.

By supporting the Tufts Medical Center Fund your gift will be used where it’s needed most in the medical service area of your preference. You may select one of 10 unrestricted funds that encompass all of the services
offered at Tufts Medical Center or direct your gift to be used where it’s needed most urgently.

	Cancer Multidisciplinary care of medical oncologists, radiation oncologists and surgical specialists combine with cutting edge research, clinical trials and outstanding nursing and patient care.
	Cardiology World-class cardiology service recognized by the National Cardiovascular Network as one of the nation's premier cardiac care providers with some of the best outcomes in Boston for bypass and heart transplant surgery, and treatment of heart attacks.
	Medicine Primary care along with comprehensive diagnostic, evaluative and treatment services for adults including subspecialties such as Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Infectious Diseases, Nephrology, Rheumatology and Urology.
	Neurosciences Pioneering minimally invasive treatments for conditions including brain tumors and spinal disorders along with state-of-the-art, highly accurate, technologies like the Gamma Knife.
	Nursing Tufts Medical Center and Floating Hospital nurses work with other experienced healthcare professionals to provide a continuity of care that enhances their patients' outcomes, the family experience with care, and their own professional achievements. Primary nursing is the essence of the nursing profession and one of the greatest opportunities to impact the health and well being of patients and their families.
