Scott Shikora is board-certified in General Surgery, Critical Care and Clinical Nutrition. A graduate of Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City, he currently does research into respiratory physiology and ventilator dependence, bariatric medicine and bariatric surgery, parenteral and enteral nutrition, and critical care medicine and intensive care physiology.
