“Danielle has been the rock of the Weight and Wellness Center for almost five years. She is the consummate team player—the first one in every day and the first point of contact for patients with concerns. She is über-reliable, highly flexible and incredibly responsive. She checks up on patients with issues large and small, even if they are not calling us, and always follows up until the problem is resolved. She provides her direct line, her email and even her cell phone number, so patients feel they have an outlet during off-hours. Patients become incredibly attached to Danielle, feeling she is a partner on their weight loss journeys. They love her. For example, Danielle saw a patient at 7:30 am for her pre-op appointment, so the patient could make it to work on time.
“In addition to her exceptional patient interaction skills, Danielle easily handles a large variety of tasks. She keeps a busy clinic schedule, manages several investigation studies and fills in for surgeons when they are forced to leave clinics early for emergency reasons. Danielle was vital to the preparation for our Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation and Quality Improvement Program (MBSAQIP) inspection in January, which we passed with tremendous praise. That would not have been possible without Danielle. She has the complete confidence of the entire staff.”
