“Hayden consistently goes above and beyond in his role as Patient Information Ambassador, delivering incredible customer service! I have been volunteering as a Welcome Ambassador for a few months now, and I have had the pleasure of working with him during each of my shifts. Hayden alleviates visitors’ frustrations with ease—when people have concerns or compliments, he is quick to call a Patient Representative to ensure their voices are heard. He works to remedy every situation, quickly reacting to potential concerns while keeping the public’s safety in mind.
“Everyone knows Hayden. As dozens of people walk by the information area, everyone calls him by name (and he knows their names, too!). He greets everyone with his warm, infectious smile and really takes the time to listen to what our visitors, patients and employees have to say. His knowledge of the hospital and of all the various departments and locations is astounding; he is a wealth of information. Hayden is a shining example of exemplary customer service to everyone he encounters. He has been a joy to work with and to learn from. Tufts MC is lucky to have him!”
