“Maureen is always positive, high energy and optimistic. She exudes respect for all employees and is always interested in supporting anyone in need. She has this amazing way of bringing out the best in all around her. Even in the most challenging situations, when Maureen is on the team, there is amazing confidence a solution will be found. Her cheerful approach is inspiring, and her commitment is relentless—the more difficult the problem, the more creative her approach.

“When we were having challenges hiring and retaining talent in the role of Clinical Care Technician, the thought of revolutionizing the search process was overwhelming for many. But Maureen was determined. ‘We can do it,’ she said. ‘We will make this happen—it’s important to the organization. I don’t know how, but I know if we work together, we can do it.’ Her energy, brilliance and can-do attitude were foundational for developing an innovative approach to how we find and train talent. We never could have done it without Maureen’s leadership.
