“Anne Marie has been a valued employee of Tufts MC for many years. She has worn many different hats, but one thing remains consistent: she cares immensely for our patients and her colleagues.
“Anne Marie comes in early and stays late to obtain the appropriate authorizations for our transplant patients. She does this because the last thing she wants is for a very sick patient who is struggling to survive to receive a bill that would only add more stress. The patient is her top customer.
“She always does her best, with a smile on her face. As our transplant program has grown, new folks have joined the team. Anne Marie now treats the new employees as her customers, giving them the training necessary to provide the best services for our patients.”
