“Criselda has gone above and beyond here at Tufts MC. She stepped in and divided her time between the Transport Department and Call Center when we no longer had a manager. She is a hard worker and an excellent person.
“Along with her own duties, she helped us with patient calls, problem-solving, and making sure we had enough staff on shift for both departments. She would graciously listen when we had concerns and would offer solutions. She certainly deserves to be True Blue.”
