“Every time I work with Ahmad and there’s a situation, he takes control and desensitizes the situation.

“When a patient attempted to elope [leave before being discharged], everyone in the ED witnessed Ahmad’s reaction time as he chased the patient outside, calmed the person down and brought them back in to continue care. He saved the day.

“He’s the best partner to have by my side. I try to learn from him.”
