Join the Tufts Medical Center team on February 13 from 4pm – 7pm for Administrative Open Interviews at 800 Washington Street, Boston MA 02111. Our incredible team is looking for passionate individuals to provide admin support for departments heads and clinical service areas.
New team members will be tasked with assisting callers, taking messages, managing calendars, placing purchase orders and maintaining electronic filing systems to ensure smooth operations of our practices and provide exceptional patient experiences.
Attendees will meet managers from throughout our hospital system, speak with HR representatives and learn about current career opportunities. We’ll have light food and refreshments on site. Please be sure to bring a current copy of your resume.
We’re looking for candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to multi-task, excellent communication skills and computer literacy. No need to RSVP, stop by at your convenience!
