Clinical Care Technician position (Training Program) - The CCT works under the supervision of the Professional Registered Nurse (RN), and collaborates to meet the needs of the patient by assisting in direct patient care activities such as ambulating patients; providing assistance of daily living activities; EKG placement; Vital signs; providing environmental support; and facilitating patient safety. The program trains you to be competent in the clinical direct care skills and we have opportunities available in our Emergency Department, Critical Care Units(ICU’s), Perinatal Unit, Pediatric Medical/Surgical Unit and Medical/Surgical Units. The position requires a Bachelor's Degree, a minimum of an 18 month commitment, ability to work full-time, rotating shifts (days, evenings, and overnights) with weekend and holidays. Full time benefits are offered including paid holidays, 4 weeks paid time off, medical/dental/vision, MBTA subsidies, and more.
