Overview

Using conductance catheters the study will assess the change in invasively determined cardiac mechanics prior to and following structural heart procedures

Study Details

Inclusion Criteria

  • Structural heart disease requiring a Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement, MitraClip Procedure or Alcohol Septal Ablation

Exclusion Criteria

  • Ventricular arrhythmia
  • Severe peripheral arterial disease
  • Mechanical heart valve

Study Requirements

The study will be conducted during an already planned structural heart procedure, adding up to 30-45minutes of additional time. There will be 1 follow up visit (which is part of the standard of care for these procedures) where routinely collected data for your procedure will be analyzed.
