Overview

We would like to gather some information and perform an X-ray of your knees to see if you would be eligible to participate in one of our knee osteoarthritis studies with a Samumed experimental drug.

Studies have inclusion and exclusion criteria that must be followed. If you allow us to ask you some questions and perform an X-ray, we will see if you can potentially be in a study. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to participate, but this will help us know if it may possible at this time. Before you decide to participate in a study, we will give you a separate consent form with information about that study and review it with you to make sure all your questions are answered.

Study Details

Inclusion Criteria

  • Have pain due to knee osteoarthritis for at least 6 months

Exclusion Criteria

  • Contraindications to radiography
  • Previous treatment with lorecivivint (SM04690)

Study Requirements

This study includes one X-ray of both knees. There is a possibility that up to 3 retakes of the X-ray may be performed.
