Tufts Medical Center will return to normal operations on Wednesday, March 15th. All clinics will be seeing patients and all other hospital operations - including surgical services, emergency services and inpatient services - continue to run as usual.
Please call your clinic if you need to reschedule your appointment.
Update 2:00pm on 3/13/2017
The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning for much of eastern Massachusetts from 5 am to 1 pm tomorrow, Tuesday, March 14 and a Blizzard Watch for the same area from 1 pm to 8 pm. Forecasts, while subject to change, state that snow is expected to start around dawn and to quickly intensify. There is also potential for high winds starting in the late morning. The weather is expected to affect travel much of the day.
We want to be sure our patients and employees plan ahead and stay safe. We are cancelling outpatient clinics on Tuesday March 14, 2017 and are calling patients to reschedule their appointments. If you have not yet received a call for your appointment on March 14th, please call your clinic.
Our procedure clinics and surgical services will be open on March 14th. If you cannot safely make it to the Medical Center for your scheduled procedure, please call your physician's office to reschedule.
