Alexandra Smith, MD is a proud native of the Northeast. She completed her undergraduate degree in Pennsylvania, where her love of biology, medicine and research took root. Dr. Smith attended medical school in Connecticut and subsequently fell in love with pediatrics. Columbia University Medical Center in New York City was home for her residency, after which she served as a Chief Resident in Hartford, Connecticut. Dr. Smith completed a fellowship in Neonatal/Perinatal Medicine at Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital of New York Presbyterian Hospital in New York City, and she is now happy to call Boston and Tufts Medical Center at Tufts Medical Center home!
