Ashley A. Leech, PhD, is a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the Center for the Evaluation of Value and Risk in Health at the Tufts Medical Center Institute for Clinical Research and Health Policy Studies. Her research focuses on cost-effectiveness methodology and mixed method designs within the topical areas of infectious disease and reproductive health. Her previous work includes evaluating the cost effectiveness of risk reduction interventions for HIV couples seeking conception and ways to improve access to care for this population in the United States. She has conducted research in both sub-Saharan Africa and the United States. Ashley received her doctorate in Health Services Research from Boston University in 2016 and her MS in African Studies from the University of Oxford.
