Research Focus Areas
Application of epidemiologic methods to a variety of clinical and translational studies, with an emphasis on “T3” or translation-to-practice research.
Ms. Breeze is Associate Director and an Epidemiologist in the BERD Center and Assistant Professor at Tufts University School of Medicine. She provides support to researchers in the design of observational and experimental studies as well as with statistical analysis. She has extensive design and analytic experience in biomedical research, particularly in conducting clinical trials and neuroimaging studies of children and adolescents with mental illness. In addition to presenting scientific findings internationally, Ms. Breeze has co-authored a number of research articles as well as a book chapter on neuroimaging genetics studies.
Prior to joining Tufts CTSI, she worked as Manager of Programs at the International Neuroinformatics Coordinating Facility at Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden, and was a Research Associate at Harvard Medical School/Cambridge Health Alliance. Ms. Breeze earned an MPH in Epidemiology from Columbia University, and an SB in Brain and Cognitive Sciences from MIT.
