Lucianne “Lucy” West, PharmD, BCCP is a Cardiology Clinical Pharmacist at Tufts Medical Center. She graduated from Northeastern University, School of Pharmacy in 2016 and went on to pursue both her Pharmacy Practice and Cardiology Specialty Residency at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Prior to joining the Tufts Medical Center team, she practiced at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH. Lucy’s clinical interests include medication optimization in chronic heart failure and heart transplant, improving transitions of care and implementing innovative practices to increase access to pharmacist services. For persons with HCM, Lucy will be available to help with access to newer medications such as mavacamtem, working closely with you.
