Biography

Robin Ruthazer, MPH is Associate director of the Biostatistics, Epidemiology, and Research Design (BERD) Center in the Institute for Clinical Research and Health Policy Studies at Tufts Medical Center and the Tufts CTSI and has a faculty appointment at Tufts University School of Medicine.

Ms. Ruthazer has been a statistician in the BERD Center since 1995 and now coordinates the statistical consulting service offered to clinical investigators at Tufts Medical Center and affiliated hospitals. As a member of the Tufts Predictive Analytics and Comparative Effectiveness (PACE) Center and the Center for Cardiovascular Health Services Research (CCHSR) she provides statistical support to investigators from both centers. She provides statistical mentorship to students in the Tufts University Sackler School of Graduate Biomedical Sciences Clinical and Translational Science program and co-teaches a course in Predictive Models.

Ms. Ruthazer is an applied statistician with expertise in working on clinical trials, regression modeling and SAS programming. Ms. Ruthazer earned her master’s degree in biostatistics from the University of Michigan.
