Dr. Sarah Paraghamian studied Political Science at the University of Pennsylvania and worked for community-based rural health programs in Paraguay and Nicaragua before applying to medical school. She earned her Medical Degree from the University of North Carolina, completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency at the University of California at Irvine, and then returned to the University of North Carolina for her Gynecologic Oncology Fellowship.
Dr. Paraghamian is dedicated to providing compassionate and holistic care to her patients. Her research interests include clinical trials for gynecologic cancer, as well as reducing health disparities by addressing inconsistent delivery of quality care.
Outside of work she enjoys hiking with her family.
