Center for Clinical Trials
The mission of the Center for Clinical Trials is to collaborate with clinical research investigators in the design, grant application, protocol development, execution, analysis and publication of prospective clinical trials using a collaborative structure that will improve efficiency and introduce innovation in all aspects of clinical trial design and conduct.
Under the leadership of Theodora Cohen, PhD the newly formed Center, in collaboration with the Tufts CTSI, Biostatistics Epidemiology and Research Design (BERD) and the NCATS Trial Innovation Network JHU-Tufts Trial Innovation Center members will provide statistical consultation on innovative study designs, contribute sections on the design, statistical analysis plan, safety monitoring and data management to the grant application and provide statistical, data management and safety monitoring support (including DSMB) for the duration of the study once it is funded.
