Overview

Anika Argawal, MD, MPhil, Principal Investigator, MORI at Tufts Medical CenterThe Agarwal Laboratory studies tumor-stromal interactions and mechanisms of tumor angiogenesis in ovarian cancer with the goal of developing therapeutics for advanced ovarian cancer. We are also interested in developing a biomarker panel for the early detection of ovarian cancer and in determining the tissue of origin of the ovarian carcinoma cell.

Research Focus Areas

The Agarwal lab studies tumor-stromal interactions and mechanisms of tumor angiogenesis in ovarian cancer with the goal of developing therapeutics for advanced ovarian cancer.
