Andrew DeVoe Named Chief Financial Officer at Tufts Medicine

DeVoe brings extensive experience as a highly-accomplished and nationally-respected financial healthcare leader.

(Burlington, MA) Tufts Medicine announced today that highly-accomplished and nationally respected financial healthcare leader Andrew DeVoe has been named Chief Financial Officer beginning in mid-February. In this vital role, DeVoe will oversee the development of long-term financial strategies to ensure Tufts Medicine’s continued growth.

DeVoe brings a wide array of experiences in financial, operational and strategic planning to Tufts Medicine. He has extensive experience leading large health system financial operations, driving innovative strategies and developing growth, integration and financial stability.

For the last eight years, DeVoe has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of TriHealth, a clinically integrated health system in Cincinnati with 12,000 employees, six hospitals (two tertiary, two community, one specialty surgical and one acute rehab), 15 major ambulatory sites, Cincinnati’s largest multi-specialty group, home health and hospice, as well as fitness centers and occupational health. During his tenure as CFO, TriHealth earned one of the industry’s highest credit ratings.

Prior to TriHealth, DeVoe served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Aria Health System in Philadelphia and held the same role at the University of Pennsylvania Health System, where he spearheaded a significant financial turnaround.

DeVoe is a graduate of Belmont University in Nashville, TN.
