“Jenn is kind and generous to our patients, some of whom are in terrible social situations with no resources. She gets to know each of them personally and helps them navigate through really stressful diagnoses. This ranges from a quick supportive conversation when they come in or multiple phone calls to check in during tough times.
“She is, above all, a strong patient advocate; always thinking of how we can make their visits easier, their prenatal procedures run smoother and rearranging schedules to best suit a patient’s needs.
“To the fellows, she’s a strong mentor who gives solid advice and guidance in everything from sleep training our babies, to fashion, to career development. She leaves us flowers, cards and candy when we’re having a tough day and we know we can depend on her for support and help.
“Jenn truly embodies what I imagine a True Blue superhero to be. She is a formidable example of what patient care and medical teamwork is at Tufts MC.”
