Tribute + Memorial Giving
Honor the special people and moments in your life with a tribute or memorial gift. A tribute gift is a thoughtful way to recognize a person, milestone or occasion that’s close to your heart. And should you desire to remember a loved one who has passed away, a memorial gift can make a meaningful difference.

The most meaningful gifts can’t be wrapped. Consider a tribute or memorial gift in the name of a loved one as a unique way to celebrate a person, milestone or holiday with something bigger than a box. Imagine the power of making someone you care about part of our legacy.

For tribute gifts, we suggest including the message, “In lieu of gifts, donations in honor of [individual name or occasion] can be made to [hospital name]” on invitations and other correspondence.

For memorial gifts, we suggest inscribing, “In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to [hospital name]” in the obituary and on funeral cards.

Tufts Medical Center
Give online

Simply start your tribute gift by opening Tufts Medical Center’s online donation form. Toward the very bottom of the form, you’ll see “Tribute Information (Optional)” where you can acknowledge your tribute.

Call 617.636.7656 to make a credit card donation by phone.
Give by check + mail

Donations in check form should be made out to “Tufts Medical Center” for the program of your choice. Please include the name of the person who is being remembered or honored in the memo line. All donors will receive an acknowledgment from Tufts Medical Center.

Your support is invaluable to the children and families that rely on them. Memorial and tribute gifts may be directed to the Department of Pediatrics at Tufts Medical Center. Join the Tribute Walkway at High Pointe House by purchasing a personalized brick. Engraved with a message of your choice, your brick can honor a person, celebrate a milestone or remember a loved one. 

Each donation supports essential services at Tufts Medicine Care at Home, including grief support, volunteer training and the Subsidized Care program, which provides free or discounted patient care.

A tribute or memorial gift is a particularly meaningful way to remember a loved one or honor family members, friends and colleagues. And if MelroseWakefield and our care team have impacted your life or the lives of those you love, consider remembering or honoring them with a gift to our hospital, made in their name.

Simply start your tribute or memorial gift by opening the online donation form. Simply follow these steps to complete your donation: 

  • Just above the “Additional details” section of the form, you’ll see a space where you can check “Make this gift in tribute to…”.  
  • A dropdown will appear where you can select between “In memory of” or “In honor of.” 
  • From there, you’ll proceed to fill in details.

Honor your caregiver

Show your appreciation for a special caregiver with a tax-deductible gift or written acknowledgment in their honor. Caregivers receive an acknowledgment letter from hospital leadership recognizing their contribution to your care. Use the form below to make a gift or acknowledgment.
