Dr. Sara Rajab
Dr. Sara Rajab completed her PharmD at Pacific University in 2023. She is a current PGY1 international resident at MelroseWakefield Hospital. She studied PharmD for two years at King Abdulaziz university. After receiving her scholarship, she was able to travel abroad and continue her PharmD at Pacific university in Oregon. Her clinical areas of interest include infectious disease and critical care.
Sara is the oldest of 5 siblings, she is connected to her family, and they mean the world to her. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her sister. She used to live in a city that had a beach, she loved going to the beach and her favorite activity is scuba diving.

Dr. Hsin-Hui Chen
Dr. Hsin-Hui Chen is a current PGY1 resident at MelroseWakefield Hospital. Her current pharmacy interest antimicrobial stewardship and internal medicine.
Hsin-Hui was born and raised in Taiwan, has one sister and one brother, they are fraternal triplets. All work in healthcare, and they all play different instruments. She has played cello and piano since she was young. Her hobbies are eating good food, shopping, hiking, loves animals, watching TV series and movies.

Dr. Saeed Aldosari
Dr. Saeed Aldosari is a current PGY1 international resident at Melrosewakefield Hospital. completed his PharmD degree at Nova Southeastern University College of Pharmacy in May 2022. He is working as a teaching assistant at the clinical pharmacy department at Albaha University. He is interested in infectious diseases, critical care, and ambulatory care.
Saeed was born and raised in Saudi Arabia. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, swimming, skydiving, and trying new adventures.

Dr. Tera Fisher
Dr. Tera Fisher is our current PGY1 resident at MelroseWakefield Hospital. Her current pharmacy interest is psychiatric pharmacy. Tera grew up in Montana, got her undergraduate degree in chemistry in Idaho, then moved to Utah to attend the University of Utah College of Pharmacy. She moved with her spouse to Saugus, MA along with her dog and three cats, for a PGY1 residency at Melrose Wakefield Hospital. In her spare time, she likes to teach her cats tricks. So far, they can stand on their hind legs and give a high five.

Dr. Ariel Williams
Dr. Ariel Williams is a current PGY1 resident at Melrose Wakefield Hospital. She was born in New York City, raised in Miami, FL and she lived in Atlanta for a good portion of her life. She is a city girl at heart. Both of her parents are from “The Nature Island”, Dominica. She has two sisters, a niece, and a nephew. She enjoys eating good food and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Austen Sholudko
Dr. Austen Sholudko is a graduate of MCPHS University in Worcester, MA, in 2022. Austen’s professional interest areas include pharmacy education, clinical management, and finance. His clinical interests are infectious diseases and cardiology.
He is our current PGY2 HSPAL pharmacy resident.Austen is born and raised in Massachusetts and is the youngest of 3 brothers. In his free time, he enjoys watching sports, exercising, and playing with his cats.

Dr. Mohannad Nassar
Dr. Mohannad Nassar, he goes by Mo for simplicity. He was born and raised in Saudi Arabia. He is our very first PGY2 ID resident at TM-MWH. Graduated from pharmacy school then came to the US after 3 years of working as a staff pharmacist. He is the middle between his siblings, and they all work in the medical field.
Mohannad has a pro healthy lifestyle, always dieting and exercising. He does CrossFit as his favorite sport. Through CrossFit, he learned a lot about Olympic weightlifting and gymnastics. He is also interested in coffee and coffee making methodology. He likes to explore coffee within different cultures. He used to drink 6 cups of coffee a day, but he managed to limit that to 3 a day after his coffee stewardship project. He is excited to have another year at MWH and work with a lovely pharmacy team and colleagues.
