Fractures

Fractures, or breaks, are very common and are often prompted by a trauma, overuse, or a disease that weakens bones. Doctors at Tufts Medical Center in Boston work with patients to reset the bone into place by immobilizing it in a cast or splint to allow time to heal. Sometimes, surgery is required to reset the bone.
