Pelvic Pain

Pelvic pain occurs mostly in the lower abdomen area. The pain might be steady, or it might come and go. For women, pelvic pain is fairly common and can happen during the menstrual cycle. It can also be a symptom of an issue with the uterus, ovaries, fallopian tubes, cervix, or vagina. For men, pelvic pain may be an indication of a problem with the prostate.
