Preeclampsia

Preeclampsia is a disorder in pregnant women marked by high blood pressure. Because preeclampsia reduces the blood supply to the fetus, the fetus may receive less oxygen and fewer nutrients. The skilled obstetric and gynecologic specialists at Tufts Medical Center in downtown Boston have strong experience in treating women with this condition.
