When you aren’t feeling well, you wanted a trusted resource to help you. At Tufts Medical Center we have several options depending on what’s happening and when.
4 urgent care sites affiliated with PhysicianOne Urgent Care
Tufts Medical Center is now affiliated with PhysicianOne Urgent Care. PhysicianOne Urgent Care provides high quality, easily-accessible, walk-in medical care for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries when your primary care providers office isn’t open. X-ray and lab services are available on-site. The PhysicianOne team ensures your care is well coordinated, sending notes about your visit to your Tufts Medical Center primary care doctor or specialist. PhysicianOne will also help you with referrals to Tufts MC specialists if follow up care is needed.
PhysicianOne Urgent Care Locations
Your primary care doctor
Our Primary Care offices – located in Boston, Quincy, Wellesley, and Framingham – offer same day and next day appointments. Within 24 hours, you will have the peace of mind of being seen at your doctor’s office. Our Boston location offers evening (M-Th until 8 pm) and weekend hours (Sat 8 am – noon). After hours, you can also call the office and ask for the doctor on call.
If your issue is serious or life-threatening, please go to the closest Emergency Department or call 911.
If you have an urgent but not life-threatening issue that needs attention when Primary Care and Urgent Care offices are closed, you can schedule a treatment time at our Boston Emergency Department, located at 860 Washington Street, Boston, MA 02111.
Just use the tool on the right and wait at home rather than in the Emergency Department.
