If you have psoriasis or psoriatic arthritis, you know the negative impact that they can have on your quality of life. At Tufts Medical Center’s Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis Center, we understand the challenge that these conditions present—and we have the experience and skill to successfully treat them.
The team sees more patients with mild, moderate and severe psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis than most major academic medical centers in the Northeast.
The goal of treatment is simple: You should be able to live your life comfortably, without even remembering that you have the condition. We can help you meet that goal. In fact, the vast majority of our patients experience complete clearing of these diseases.
Psoriatic conditions require a targeted treatment approach. At the Center in downtown Boston, we offer a full range of therapeutic options, including topical treatments, phototherapy, oral immunosuppressive drugs and biologic therapies. Patients can receive infusion therapy at our Dermatology Infusion Center, one of just a few centers in the United States located within a dermatology office.
Because our clinicians are at the forefront of clinical research into psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, you will have also have access to the latest therapies for these conditions, as well as to investigational approaches not available elsewhere. We want to share these options with you. That’s why we take most types of health insurance and always make room for one more patient, no matter how challenging your condition.
When you’re seeking treatment for psoriasis or psoriatic arthritis, you want to know that you will receive the highest level of care. At the Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis Center, you can feel confident that our clinicians deliver that care.
