Conditions

Discover the ultimate skin care solution with our team of expert dermatologists. Our team specializes in offering a multi-layered approach to treating a wide range of skin conditions, including:

Contact dermatitis

Contact dermatitis is a rash that appears when the skin comes into contact with something that causes irritation or an allergic reaction. You can use the same products for a while, and then suddenly develop a skin allergy to them, like laundry detergent, plants in the garden and even shampoo. Dermatologists can help you gain better control of your contact dermatitis by pinpointing the allergy causing it as well as helping you find and understand skin-safe products.

Hair loss

Hair loss, also known as alopecia, can be linked to:

  • Chemotherapy treatment
  • Hormonal changes
  • Nutritional deficiencies
  • Underlying medical conditions

Most often, people experience hair loss affecting the scalp, but it's important to know that hair loss disorders can affect your whole body. The 2 main categories of hair loss are non-scarring alopecia and scarring alopecia.

Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS)

Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) is a chronic inflammatory condition that forms bumps, cysts and abscesses on skin folds, like the:

  • Armpits
  • Back of the neck
  • Groin and buttocks
  • Under the breast
Psoriasis + Psoriatic arthritis

Psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis are autoimmune disorders that cause inflammation in the joints, skin or in both places. The biggest difference between psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis is where you experience the inflammation in your body.

Skin cancer

More skin cancers are diagnosed each year than all other cancers combined. The 3 main types of skin cancer are basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and melanoma. It’s important to speak with your dermatologist if you notice changes to your skin, like pink discoloration, peeling, swelling or crusting. These could be warning signs of skin cancer.
