For employees
We have launched a great training opportunity for staff. Through partnering with the Human Rights Campaign Foundation (HRC) and the Center for Affiliated Learning (CAL), we have created two online portals available to all employees. Both portals address and review LGBTQ concepts and demographics, discuss health disparities affecting the LGBTQ communities, and outlines steps clinicians, health centers, and other health care organizations can take to provide patient-centered care for LGBTQ community.
