Below you can see the compiled list of career paths for our graduates over the past 4 years (2019 - 2023). Our subspecialty service structure tends to result in a broader distribution of fellowships than many programs. Our house officers do extremely well in the fellowship matches with the vast majority matching at their top choice. In 2023, 100% of our graduates who applied for fellowship matched. The remaining graduates all obtained jobs of their choice in hospitalist medicine and primary care. Many of the graduates of our program stay in academic medicine and many others retain some academic affiliation.
