A Lifetime of Care for Neurologic Diseases

It's important to find a doctor you trust to manage conditions affecting your nerves, brain or spine. You should feel confident that your neurosurgeon will offer you compassionate, personalized care as well as the latest in treatment options.

The Tufts Medical Center Neurosurgery Department is dedicated to giving patients a lifetime of care for neurologic diseases, including brain tumors, aneurysms and spinal problems. Our team is equipped to manage even the most complex cases and achieve the very best results.

Our surgeons are leaders in minimally invasive surgical techniques such as endoscopy. By using tubes, cameras and computer-assisted technology, we can often perform brain and spine surgery through incisions as small as your fingertips.

Putting Our Patients First

From beginning to end, care at Tufts MC is delivered by doctors, nurses and clinicians who specialize in brain and spine surgery. Our surgeons are also in frequent communication with Tufts MC experts in the Neurology Department  as well as clinicians in Floating Hospital for Children, PsychiatryRadiology and the Cancer Center. This collaborative approach helps ensure you get the best care with the most up-to-date treatments available. We even have a state-of-the-art neurosurgical intensive care unit to ensure the best possible recovery after your procedure.

Your treatment should be as efficient and worry-free as possible. For that reason, we accommodate appointment requests quickly, often in as little as two weeks. In addition, all of your tests and procedures are done onsite in the conveniently located Tufts MC medical building. That means less waiting, travel and hassle for you.
