Obstetrics and Gynecology
Research + Clinical Trials
The department faculty of Obstetrics and Gynecology, as well as our residents, are involved in multiple clinical and laboratory research projects. Through our research, we hope to advance all aspects of women’s healthcare-from the molecular level to the policy level. Our research areas are broad but include maternal obesity, cervical insufficiency, preeclampsia and other disease of pregnancy, gynecologic oncology, gender disparities in academic medicine, medical education, health care disparities, access to care, and healthcare policy.
