The Department of Orthopedics at Tufts Medical Center trains the next generation of experts in orthopedic surgery. We provide trainees with an abundance of clinical and research opportunities to help them develop into talented surgeons and leaders in our field.
The Orthopedics Department offers a rigorous, five-year residency program accredited by the American College of Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). Additionally, we offer a highly competitive fellowship in hand surgery chaired by Chief of Orthopedics Charles Cassidy, MD, who is ranked in the top one percent in his field, according to U.S. News and World Report.
