Summary of Services Provided:
The Surgical Pathology Laboratory provides accessioning, description, dissection and submission of fresh and fixed tissue material, from biopsies and partial/total organ resections, to Histology Lab for routine processing as well as for specialized procedures such as electron microscopy and immunofluoresence. Additional special procedures include frozen section processing for immediate evaluation of tumor or margins.
Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
