The Cosmetic Surgery Program at Tufts Medical Center in downtown Boston is home to surgeons who have specialized training and experience in surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures, combining skill and academic backgrounds to provide the best care for our patients. Also, by working with physicians from across the Medical Center, including specialists from the Division of Dermatology, we are able to provide our patients with the latest cosmetic treatment options.
We aim to provide each patient with the most natural and youthful post-procedural look. We try to really get to know you so that we can understand your needs and achieve the results that you desire.
Blepharoplasty – rejuvenates saggy, puffy or tired looking eyes.
Face lift (rhytidectomy) – gives you a younger and fresher look by removing fat and tightening your skin and muscles.
Neck lift – removes excess fat beneath the chin and tightens loose skin in the neck.
Rhinoplasty (nose job) – we work with you to reshape, reduce or augment your nose in the most natural-looking way by insuring that it’s in proportion to your other facial features.
Cheek implants – an option for patients who have sunken or thinned cheeks and would like a more rejuvenated look.
Chin augmentation (mentoplasty/genioplasty) – surgical enhancement or reduction of the chin can help you to achieve a balance of your facial features.
Ear surgery (otoplasty) – helps set ears closer to the head or to reduce the size of large ears.
Dermabrasion – removes a surface layer of skin to reduce the appearance of facial scarring (due to sun damage, wrinkles, acne, etc.). Your physician will freeze your skin with a spray and then abrade (wear it down) with a high speed instrument, resulting in a smoother and rejuvenated look.
Botox® - a purified protein solution that is injected under the skin to diminish facial wrinkles and give your face a youthful look.
Restylane® - a clear gel filler that smoothes deep wrinkles, sculpts lips and helps to shape facial contours.
Radiesse™ - an injectable filler that reduces scars and wrinkles and can augment the cheeks.
Sculptra® - an injectable product that can gradually improve the appearance of sunken areas and folds.
Laser skin resurfacing – reduces the appearance of sun damage, wrinkles, spider veins, uneven pigmentation, acne scars and stretch marks. Laser resurfacing offers a number of advantages over traditional surgery, including faster procedures, less scarring and reduced risk of infection.
