Primary Care

Primary Care - Wellesley

Tufts Medical Center Primary Care now in Wellesley

Wellesley is a great neighborhood that’s close to Boston – but not so close that it’s easy to pop into the city for a primary care check-up or sick visit. That’s why Tufts Medical Center has revamped the former West Suburban Internists into the Tufts Medical Center Primary Care – Wellesley practice. Together, with primary care doctor Dr. Paul Swoboda, we can now offer patients comprehensive primary care services, right in the Wellesley community.

Our doctors, nurses and administrative staff have one priority: to keep you as healthy as possible.  Focused on wellness, preventative care and treating the whole person, our new practice features ready access to world-class primary care physicians, caring nurses and a dedicated administrative staff.

We recognize that you want a primary care physician with whom you can develop a trusted relationship. At our practice you’ll find our skilled physicians have diverse backgrounds, care interests and age ranges, and we have both a male and female doctor.

Conveniently located just off Route 128, our facility is comfortable, welcoming and designed for optimal patient care.  At the practice, you will find amenities including:

  • Same-day appointments
  • An onsite blood-draw station so that you don’t have to travel farther for certain tests
  • Innovative, invaluable necessities like centralized digital medical records that can connect your healthcare team
