Diagnostic Radiology Residency Program

The Radiology Residency at Tufts Medical Center is a 4-year program based in an academic, Level 1 trauma center in the heart of Boston.

About this program

The Tufts Radiology Department provides the full range of imaging services for robust subspecialized medicine and surgery departments. Residents are closely involved in all aspects of academic radiology, including emergency radiology, oncology follow up, special procedures and pediatrics.

We take pride in a warm and collegial environment, with an exceptional staff and high faculty-to-resident ratio. Our comprehensive curriculum is designed to prepare trainees for the core examination, fellowship and provide a solid foundation in all aspects of radiology to prepare residents for either private practice or academic radiology. It is balanced with an abundance of research and clinical opportunities.

Our residents are highly motivated and dedicated individuals who annually place among their top choice fellowship programs. From there, they routinely become leaders within their specialties, across both private and academic practice settings.
