Thoracic Surgery Research

The Division of Thoracic Surgery provides patients access to innovative treatment through Tufts Medical Center based and national clinical trials. By enrolling in new clinical trials, you may have access to new treatments that are otherwise unavailable.

Current research projects include:
  1. Expression of PAR-1 Receptors in Lung Cancers.
  2. Stromal Factors Influencing Tumor Growth in Lung Cancer Patients.
  3. Establishing and Characterizing Lung Cancer Mouse Models.
