Telehealth: Online or by phone
Caring for you virtually.
To ensure staff and patient safety during the COVID-19 pandemic Tufts Medical Center have taken many steps, including temporarily stopping all non-urgent appointments and procedures. Yet we know that health issues arise that are not related to COVID19 and you will want to connect with your doctor. Thankfully, we are still able to care for you virtually thanks to telehealth visits, allowing you to connect with your doctor for day-to-day and non-emergent medical issues and questions.
We have partnered with telemedicine services that connect patients with doctors over secure video. Our doctors are now trained to conduct visits via computer or smartphone for both adult and pediatric patients that meet the telehealth criteria.
To schedule a telehealth appointment with your physician, call your doctor at their main office number. Coming soon- You will be able to request an appointment and select "Telemedicine". You will then receive instructions prior to your appointment on how to access our telehealth services.
