Greek Yogurt Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

¼ cup low fat buttermilk

2 T light mayonnaise

¼ cup crumbled low fat blue cheese

¼ t Worcestershire sauce

Dash of salt and pepper

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and chill for 1 hour.
  2. Serve with celery, carrots, or buffalo cauliflower.
