Conditions

You deserve a team of specialists who will support you every step of the way. We coordinate care with doctors who are experts in age-related conditions, including dementia, diabetes, eye disease, cancer, heart disease, high blood pressure and stroke.

Cardiac care

Our cardiovascular specialists provide treatments for a variety of heart problems affecting older adults, such as:

Memory disorders

Memory disorders can range from mild to severe, with symptoms worsening. Unlike age-related memory loss, dementia symptoms interfere with daily activities like driving, working and socializing. These disorders, grouped under the umbrella term "dementia," can develop suddenly or get worse over time. Alzheimer's disease is the most common type of dementia among older adults.

Neurology

We provide specialized neurology care and services for conditions like epilepsy and stroke to help you manage conditions that may impact your daily life.

Clinical nutrition

We will help you with clinical nutrition needs, especially if you're living with a memory disorder, are a stroke survivor or are taking medications that are interfering with your ability to get enough nutrition. Our registered dietitians create a personalized plan to ensure you get the nutrients your body needs to stay healthy.

Vision + eye diseases

Older adults are at higher risk for vision problems and eye disease. Our ophthalmology specialists can detect issues early and reduce the risk of vision loss.

Urology

We offer a wide range of urology services when you need extra support, including:

  • Bladder cancer
  • Incontinence
  • Voiding dysfunction
  • Minimally invasive surgery
  • Prostate cancer
  • Reconstructive urology
  • Stone management
Urogynecology

We evaluate and treat women and people assigned female at birth (AFAB) who experience urogynecology issues, including:

  • Fistula repair
  • Incontinence
  • Overactive bladder
  • Pelvic floor issues
  • Pelvic organ prolapse

Testing

We are dedicated to treating your wholesome health. We accurately diagnose your condition using a comprehensive geriatric assessment that considers all the facets of your life—behavioral, cognitive, functional, medical, physical and social health—and how each impacts your overall well-being.

Geriatric assessment

Sometimes, it can be hard to know when we need help. That's why we offer a thorough geriatric assessment that's tailored to the needs of older adults with complex health issues. Our assessment goes beyond the usual physical exam and history by taking into account the factors that are particularly important for seniors.

This helps us make sure that you can stay independent while also keeping an eye on your physical, cognitive, psychological, and social abilities. Our assessment for each patient is based on their care goals, where they're receiving care, and how vulnerable they are.
